Studio Cullen is an award-winning multidisciplinary property group creating thoughtfully designed homes, primarily across the South Coast of England. The group brings together expertise across architecture, development, construction, interiors and consultancy.
Our work is design-led and carefully crafted. By bringing these disciplines together under one roof, we ensure clarity of vision, continuity of detail and thoughtful decision-making at every stage. Each project is approached with care — balancing architectural integrity, refined interiors and exacting build quality to create homes that feel calm, enduring and deeply resolved.
Founded by Tom and Karolina Cullen, the studio is guided by a shared belief that exceptional homes are the result of careful planning, strong attention to detail and precise delivery. Every space is considered, every material intentional, and every outcome built to last.
OUR JOURNERY
2014
The establishment of Cullen Homes and the start of a design-focused residential development practice.
2022
Recognition through multiple industry awards for design-led development and interiors.
2023
The launch of Cullen Build, a precision-driven residential construction company specialising in high-end luxury build projects.
2024
Interior design was established as a standalone studio. Cullen Interiors was set up as a boutique interior design and architecture studio specialising in turnkey residential projects.
2025
The official formation of Studio Cullen and the group structure, along with including new offices, key hires, operational processes, and group-wide systems.
