Cullen Homes is a design-led property development company specialising in contemporary coastal residences across the South Coast. The company was established with a clear ambition: to create architecturally considered homes that respond intelligently to place, proportion and lifestyle.
Each project begins with context. From waterside plots on Evening Hill to woodland settings in Canford Cliffs and Branksome Park, we approach every site with a focus on longevity, material integrity and spatial clarity.
