Cullen Build is the construction arm of Studio Cullen, delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects with precision, care and attention to detail. Working with private clients, developers and partners — including Cullen Homes — the team is responsible for translating architectural and interior design concepts into carefully executed buildings.
Our approach combines strong project management with skilled craftsmanship, ensuring each stage of construction is thoughtfully coordinated and delivered to the highest standard. By working collaboratively with architects, designers and consultants, we maintain clarity, efficiency and consistency throughout the build process.

Cullen Build delivers the construction of all Cullen Homes developments, alongside selected multi-residential and boutique apartment schemes. Working closely with the development and design teams, we translate architectural intent into well-executed homes, applying the same disciplined approach at every scale. Our focus is on programme, coordination and consistency across multiple units, with careful attention to detail and quality from groundworks through to handover.
